Both Florence and Eben are swimming well now. Flo on her own and Eben with arm bands. They both have much more confidence though. Griff is out cycling, he's managed quite a few rides this week which is good. I've done no running at all. Hopefully I'll get back into that when we get back to Champignolles on Tuesday.
Our friend Phillippe came in to see us last night and the one before. His girlfriend is on holiday and much as he claims to like being alone he also loves to talk so we've had a couple of late winey nights. He's gone on a yoga retreat today so we might get an early night!
